Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and we do our best to be flexible while also respecting our time and court commitments. Please review our updated policy before booking: Cancellations More than 48 hours before your lesson: Cancel free of charge. Between 48 and 24 hours before your lesson: 50% of the session price will be charged. Less than 24 hours before your lesson or no-show: Full session price (100%) will be charged. No refunds or rescheduling. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session online up to 48 hours before your scheduled time, based on availability. After that window, rescheduling is not allowed and cancellation fees apply. Payment & Cards on File A valid card is required to book a session online. This helps us enforce the cancellation policy and keep things running smoothly. Weather-Related or Coach Cancellations If your session is canceled due to weather (for outdoor lessons) or on our end, you will not be charged and can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
